Welcome to Readova. This software is developed by the Readova Team. We understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to protecting your privacy. We minimize the collection of personal information to what is strictly necessary to deliver our core functionality.
This software is a primarily offline tool. Except where you actively enable Apple In-App Purchase or the WebDAV feature, in which case the relevant service providers will process the necessary data, we do not actively collect your name, phone number, email address, location, or other personal information.
This software only requests storage read/write permission when strictly necessary to deliver its core functionality. We do not use these permissions to collect any private information about you.
This software does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking SDKs. We do not record your usage frequency or crash logs.
All reading data you generate (such as reading progress, bookmarks, and notes) is stored solely on your local device. This software does not provide cloud sync, nor does it upload any of your reading data to any server.
If you use the WebDAV feature to download book files from a server you have configured yourself, the transfer takes place directly between your device and the server you specified. We do not handle, access, or store the content involved. WebDAV credentials (username/password) are kept encrypted on your local device only and are never uploaded to any server operated by us.

Because this software does not collect or server-side store any user data, we are unable to respond to any request to retrieve user data. We cannot disclose information that we do not hold.
The Software is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has been using the Software without your consent, please contact us to remove any related local data (uninstalling the Software clears all local data). Minors are advised to use the Software under the guidance of a guardian.

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Policy, the parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly negotiation; failing such resolution, either party shall submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction located at the developer's domicile.
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties shall replace such provision with one that most closely reflects the original intent and is lawful and enforceable.
